The 21st Vagantes Conference on Medieval Studies will take place at the Cleveland Museum of Art and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio from March 24th–26th, 2022. Alumni Spotlight: Tirumular (Drew) Narayanan Publishes Article in “Current Affairs”

Ph.D. Student Tirumular (Drew) Narayanan has published the article “Medieval Dreams and Far-Right Nightmares,” with Benjamin Bertrand, in Issue 32 of Current Affairs. Their article discusses the Far-Right’s appropriation of medieval symbols and the Death Dealer statute at the United State military base of Fort Hood in Central Texas.
