CFP for Vagantes 2020 is Live! Abstracts are due Nov. 8 2019

See our CFP page here.

The 19th Vagantes Conference on Medieval Studies, which will take place at the University of Connecticut from March 19-21, 2020, invites graduate students from all disciplines to submit paper abstracts on any topic related to the Middle Ages.

Along with your 300-word abstract, please also include the paper title and a 1-2 page CV in your submission. Your anonymized submission will be reviewed by an interdisciplinary panel of graduate students. Since Vagantes is an interdisciplinary conference, you should provide a clear summary of your proposed paper with language that is accessible to non-specialists. Both your abstract and CV should be submitted in a Word document to Casey Smedberg at casey.smedberg@uconn.edu by November 8, 2019. All submissions will automatically be considered for a cash prize, which will be awarded for the best paper.
